ICT-ASSIST is a centralized, paperless technical assistance system developed by the ICT Unit (ICTU) – Batanes to simplify and streamline ICT support requests.
The system allows offices and schools to submit, track, and manage requests for user accounts, hardware, and software issues, covering services such as account creation, reset, updates, troubleshooting, and support for Microsoft 365, DepEd Gmail, Adobe, Canva, WINS, and DPDS.
It also handles hardware repair and maintenance for printers, laptops, tablets, and other ICT equipment.
By providing a structured, transparent, and paperless workflow, ICT-ASSIST improves response time, enhances coordination between users and ICTU personnel, and ensures efficient, secure, and reliable ICT services across SDO Batanes.
